Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return Process

Contact Khalis Sar within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

Provide order details and clear images (if required) showing the product condition.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectlly shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
